How to Order from Century Auto Parts: MOQ, Samples & Shipping

July 2, 2026 · By Century Auto Parts

Importing tyre repair products for the first time? Here is what to expect when you order from Century Auto Parts - from minimum order quantities and samples through to OEM/ODM packing, production and delivery at your door.

How the ordering process works

  1. Send your requirements - the product categories, the models or series you need, and your target quantity.
  2. Receive a quotation - our team replies within 24 hours with FOB pricing, lead times and available options.
  3. Request samples - evaluate quality before committing to a bulk order.
  4. Confirm the order - agree the specification, packaging and price, then place the order (typically with a deposit).
  5. Production and QC - we manufacture and inspect the goods, then share production and packing photos.
  6. Shipping - we arrange sea, air or express freight and provide the shipping documents.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ varies by product category, because different products have different tooling and packing setups:

CategoryMOQ guidanceNotes
Wheel balancing weightsFlexible, mixed-model orders acceptedSuits small distributors and large wholesalers alike
Tyre valvesBy model and pack sizeMixed series can be combined in one order
TPMS valve stemsBy model47 applications, so specify the make/model list
Tyre patches & seal stringsBy product and box sizeRetail-ready card packing available
Mushroom patch plugsBy product and box sizeCombine with patches in one shipment

Because we are a factory, we can often consolidate several categories into a single shipment to help you reach a viable order value - just tell us your full product list.

OEM & ODM services

  • Custom packaging with your own branding, logo and barcodes.
  • Custom product specifications and special weight or size requirements.
  • Retail-ready packaging for shelf display, including cards and boxes.
  • Private label versions of our standard ranges.

OEM/ODM orders carry a higher MOQ than stock items because of the tooling and artwork involved; share your design files and target quantity and we will confirm the requirement.

Samples

Samples are available at a nominal cost, which is refundable on bulk orders. Free samples can be arranged for qualified buyers and long-term partners. We recommend evaluating a sample of each key product - for example a wheel weight strip, a tyre valve, and a patch - rather than a single item, so you can confirm quality across the range.

Payment terms

  • The standard structure is a deposit with the order balance due before shipment.
  • Common payment methods include T/T (bank transfer); other terms can be discussed for repeat customers.
  • Full payment terms are confirmed in the quotation and proforma invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product category. Wheel balancing weights offer flexible mixed-model quantities, while other products are ordered by model or pack size. Because we are a factory, we can often combine several categories into one shipment to reach a viable order value.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples are available at a nominal cost that is refundable on bulk orders, and free samples can be arranged for qualified buyers and long-term partners. We recommend sampling one key product from each category.

How long does production and shipping take?

Sea freight takes 25-35 days to the USA and Europe, air freight 7-10 days, and express courier 3-5 days. Add production lead time, which is confirmed with your quotation.

Do you offer OEM/ODM and private label?

Yes. We offer custom packaging, custom specifications, retail-ready packing and private label versions of our standard ranges. OEM/ODM orders carry a higher MOQ because of tooling and artwork.

What affects tyre valve prices from a factory?

Tyre valve prices depend on the model (standard TR series cost less than truck TR570 or agricultural valves), construction (rubber snap-in vs brass clamp-in), order quantity and packing format. Send us your model list and quantities and we return FOB pricing within 24 hours.
